# How to ask for confirmation prior to booking a room from a display

For selected rooms, you can require confirmation before booking them from the Roombelt tablet:

1. Open the [Device settings](/reference/device-settings.md) screen in the Roombelt administration panel.

2. Enable the "Ask for confirmation to" -> "Create meeting" section. Optionally, provide a confirmation message.

3. Click "OK" to save changes. Starting now, Roombelt will ask for confirmation while creating quick meetings from this device. Additionally, users will have the option to provide a meeting summary on the confirmation screen.
